Just steps away from the Historic Downtown Mall and fine restaurants, the house is right down the street from the University of Virginia and nearby Monticello, Skyline Drive and many vineyards.
Renovated in 2005, this unique two bedroom, one bath home is in the heart of the Belmont restaurant district and features a bright screened porch perfect for reading and relaxing as well as a private yard.
The University of Virginia
Belmont cottage provides easy access to UVA and The Grounds – just 2 miles down the road or use the convenient trolley that stops just a short walk from the house. This is a great place to stay for graduations, University events or visiting parents, teachers or students.
Historic Downtown Mall
Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall is just down the street. A short walk brings you to the city’s premier shopping, dining and cultural center. The Mall features several fine restuarants, pizza parlors, and sandwich shops as well as many boutiques, art galleries and more.
Jefferson’s Virginia
Monticello, home of Thomas Jefferson is only three miles aways. No trip to Charlottesville is complete without tasting some of the areas other attractions including several wineries and historical sites including Michie Tavern and Ash-lawn Highland, home of president James Monroe.

The house is located across the street from the restaurant district of the Belmont neighborhood offering convenient access to food, coffee and fine dining. La Taza (“the cup” in spanish) is just a stone’s throw away offering hot breakfast and espresso as is Belmont BBQ and several of Charlottesville’s finest restaurants including The Local, Mas Tapas, Tavola Italian and Bel Rio.
