Is there a minimum stay?

There is a two night minimum stay.  However, the weekend of UVA graduation is a three night minimum.  Please call if you have any questions.

How does check-in and check-out work?

Before your arrival you will be given a code to the house door lock.  You may check yourself in.  Check in is any time after 3pm on the day of your arrival and guests must check out by 11am on the day of their departure.

Do you provide maid service? Are linens provided?

Linens are provided.  We do not offer daily maid service.  However, if you are staying for more than a week, a maid will come to freshen the linens and clean the house every week.

Do you serve breakfast?

We do not serve breakfast.  However, there is a gourmet coffee and sandwich shop across the street that offers hot breakfast and drinks every day as well as a weekend brunch.  There are also several fine restaurants within a 1 minute walk.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed.

Do you allow smoking?

Smoking is not allowed.
